A Marys Peak Hill Climb is an option for c2seaTRAIL racers. Riders turn south onto Woods Creek Road (FS 2005) at mile 9.7 and continue 3.4 miles to the East Ridge Trailhead. The East Ridge Trail climbs another 1,200 feet to the summit parking lot at 3,760 feet and the beginning of the four-mile-long descent of FS 3010 to County Road 30 and the 13-mile ride to Harlan.
